The Gathering Place - Feb 16, 2007

The Youth Outreach Program Sponsored by Christian Community Church meets Wednesday nights from 6:00-7:30 p.m. All teens 13-18 are invited.

Last week our youth had a serious discussion about the hurt that comes from being rejected. They agree that they need to be more sensitive to those around them.  Saturday night “Youth for Fun” met for pizza and a movie

Wednesday’s gathering we’ll study about faith and trust. We will use Genesis 22 as an example and see what we can learn from Abraham’s relationship with God.
Teens that participate on Wednesday nights are invited to attend “Youth for Fun” on Saturday night.

This Saturday night we have been invited to join the adults from Christian Community Church at 5:00 p.m. for a potluck.  The youth might even challenge the adults to see who knows their Bible in the “Bible Challenge” board game.
